By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using our software and license keys, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our software or services.


1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software solely in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share license keys
  • Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code
  • Crack, bypass, disable, or interfere with licensing systems or security protections
  • Use the software for unlawful purposes


2. License Keys

All software access requires a valid license key issued by us.

License keys:

  • Remain the property of MI5 Solutions
  • May be revoked if abuse, fraud, cracking attempts, or Terms violations are detected
  • Are intended only for the original purchaser unless otherwise stated


3. Anti-Tampering & Unauthorized Use

Any attempt to reverse engineer, crack, tamper with, bypass protections, or otherwise compromise the software or licensing system may result in:

  • Immediate termination of your license
  • Permanent banning from our services
  • Revocation of all associated license keys
  • Possible legal action where applicable


4. Refund Policy Acceptance

By purchasing a license key, you acknowledge and agree to our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.


5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain software availability and licensing functionality but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may:

  • Update or modify software at any time
  • Suspend access for maintenance or security reasons
  • Discontinue products or features without prior notice


6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MI5 Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the software or inability to use the software.
